Hi there
I installed the WhiteBox App on Windows 8.1. After I downloaded the SpinnerChief 3 (or 4). I get the following error on the registration to use the free version of the software.
Please note that my friend also installed the app at the same time, and he has been running the applications successfully.
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized
Please help me resolve the problem.
